Kung-Fu(功夫)(Session 6: 7/24 – 7/28/17)

Our Lessons in this year’s camp are built to enhance a child’s physical and social development. Students will learn physical, technical as well as historical and philosophical aspects of traditional Kung-Fu in Chinese national sports. There will be Shaolin Kung-Fu, equipment practice, combat self defense, lion dance, fitness tests, Kung Fu star and other workout. These rigorous workouts will cover the basic fundamentals of kung fu: stretching, breathing, stances, kicking, punching, and mental focus. Respect and discipline through the vehicle of Kung-Fu will be developed. Self-confidence, communication ability and team work spirit will be improved.

Kung-Fu Class session has 5 days, 10 hours in total.

Time:Monday – Friday   4:00pm – 6:00pm
