Dear EES Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for choosing EES as your child’s afterschool program provider. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and enriching afterschool program to students grades K-G6. We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your family again next school year. We can’t wait to welcome our students back to campus at the 1st day of school.
Below are some important information regarding the 2021-2022 registration process, tuition promotion, etc.
- Now through May 23, 2021, current EES, ECS & EPS students and their siblings will have the priority to register for our 2021-2022 after school program. The $100 registration fee will also be waived for current EES, ECS & EPS students. After May 23, 2021, registration will be open to the public. Students will be put to a waiting list when all seats are taken.
- To thank you for your continuous support, we will be offering a one – time 5% discount for tuition payments made before May 30, 2021. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity if you want to save more on the tuition.
- August 16, 2021 will be the first day of school; June 3, 2022 will be the last day of school. There are total 40 weeks in 2021-2022 school year. EES will provide service starting 8/10/2021. If your students will come to EES before 8/16/2021, there will be an adjustment to the tuition and transportation fee to cover the cost of these extra days.
- There is no school and no charge during the Christmas break (12/20/2021-12/31/2022).
- Enlighten preschool student’s sibling who registers for Enlighten afterschool program will get a onetime discount of $100
- When EES student refers a new student to EES, both will get a $50 referral discount to deduct any EES tuition costs. Sibling can’t be a referrer.
- EES will provide hot lunch from 12:00pm-13:00pm, $6 per lunch. It’s optional. It can be pre-ordered.
- EES will strictly follow CDC and Santa Clara County regulation and guidelines regarding the covid-19 prevention.
- EES will manage curbside student pickup. Parents will not be allowed to enter the campus during the school’s dismissal period.
After receiving your registration form, we will contact you and let you sign the final registration documents electronically when we approach to the first day of school. For now, in order to enjoy the 5% tuition discount, you need to hurry up and do the registration before 5/30/2021.
